The organisation has recently completed a significant programme of technology transformation, including the implementation of major ERP and CRM platforms, improvements to IT governance and service management, enhanced data governance and the establishment of architecture and integration principles. The next phase is focused on embedding these changes, driving adoption, optimising systems and delivering continuous improvement.
