## About the Role

The ideal person will have experience in a start-up or scale-up environment and be comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll have the opportunity to work on infrastructure projects, contribute to the implementation of new technologies, improve existing systems and jump in to support colleagues and the wider business when needed., * Solid experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar

 * Strong experience supporting Mac environments
 * Experience with MDM / endpoint management
 * Some experience working with Windows environments
 * A good understanding of infrastructure, networking, security and cloud technologies
 * Experience implementing and rolling out new technologies or infrastructure
 * A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
 * Experience in a start-up, scale-up or similarly fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous
 * A willingness to wear multiple hats and get involved outside your immediate area of responsibility

This would suit someone who gets bored doing the same thing every day and wants to work somewhere where they can make a real impact, take ownership and continue developing their technical skills.

## Description

Are you an Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and getting involved in more than just the day-to-day IT environment?, * Managing and supporting the company's infrastructure and end-user environment

 * Getting involved in the implementation and rollout of new infrastructure, systems and technologies
 * Managing and improving device environments and endpoint security
 * Troubleshooting hardware, software and infrastructure issues
 * Supporting and improving the company's MDM environment
 * Working across both Mac and Windows environments
 * Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Working closely with colleagues across the business and helping wherever your technical expertise is needed
 * Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution
