## About the Role

* 4-10 years' experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally backend-leaning.
 * Strong hands-on experience building and shipping AI products and agentic systems.
 * Excellent Python or TypeScript skills.
 * Strong production experience with async Python, including coroutines, httpx and AsyncOpenAI.
 * Experience with Kubernetes, serverless architectures or distributed systems.
 * Experience working in an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier).
 * Experience with voice AI, event-driven systems, CRM integrations or similar customer-facing AI applications.
 * Comfortable working directly with non-technical customers and translating business problems into technical solutions.
 * Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
 * Strong product mindset and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership.

## Description

* Build robust backend services using Python or TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on async Python.
 * Work hands-on with asyncio, coroutines, httpx, AsyncOpenAI, and production-grade error handling.
 * Develop scalable systems using modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, serverless and distributed systems.
 * Integrate AI products with CRMs, event-driven platforms and external APIs.
 * Work directly with customers to understand problems, scope solutions and deliver impactful products.
