## About the Role

The successful Senior Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

 * Strong SQL and core analytical capability.
 * Experience across customer, commercial, CRM, or product analytics.
 * Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, retention, or lifecycle metrics.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Strong BI and reporting experience.
 * Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
 * Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms is advantageous.

## Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to turn complex questions into actionable insights.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

 * Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance.
 * Partnering with Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading team.
 * Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches.
 * Building dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
 * Supporting CRM and customer engagement strategies with data-driven insights.
 * Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through analysis.
 * Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
