 * Supporting both on-site and remote users with a calm, professional approach
 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, tools, and software across hosted platforms
 * Working across teams and technologies to keep services running smoothly
 * Logging, tracking, and managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
 * Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
 * Contributing to the improvement, documentation, and rollout of IT processes
