## Description

Au sein du service informatique, vous interviendrez en support auprès des utilisateurs afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils et équipements informatiques.

Rattaché(e) au service IT, vous serez en charge de :

 - Assurer le support technique de niveau 1 auprès des utilisateurs (téléphone, mail, outil de ticketing)

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents informatiques

 - Installer et configurer les postes de travail et logiciels

 - Gérer les comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory, messagerie, accès)

 - Suivre et documenter les incidents dans l'outil de ticketing

 - Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes techniques concernées

 - Participer à la maintenance du parc informatique
