 * Piloter les incidents majeurs et coordonner les équipes techniques N2/N3
 * Animer les cellules de crise jusqu'au rétablissement complet des services
 * Évaluer les impacts et les risques liés aux demandes de changement
 * Organiser les CAB, REX et plans d'actions associés
