## About the Role

Dans le cadre d'une longue mission d'intérim, nous recherchons un ou une Technicien/nne de proximité N1 / N2 (H/F) Saint André de l'Eure Missions : - Traitement d'incidents informatiques (PC et différents supports digitaux) dans les critères définis (qualité, délai), - Installation et déploiement de matériels informatiques (PC et différents supports digitaux) dans le respect des procédures, - Gestion niveau 1 d'incidents réseaux (base cisco brassage et switching sont un plus), - Travaux d'installations / modifications de matériel lié à la production, - Réalisation de plan de surveillance quotidien, - Actions préventives, - Gestion de l'inventaire des stocks et du matériel déployé, - Rapports d'interventions et de postes Environnement technique - Environnement W10/Teams - O365 - Smartphones durcis MobileIron - ServiceNow, * Configurer le poste de travail aux besoins de l'utilisateur
