## Description

* Du planst und konfigurierst IT-Systeme. Als Dienstleister im eigenen Haus richtest du diese Systeme entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen ein und verwaltest sie.
 * Bei auftretenden Störungen in den Systemen begrenzt und behebst du diese Fehler systematisch unter dem Einsatz von weiteren Experten und Diagnosesystemen.
 * Du berätst interne Anwender bei der Auswahl und beim Einsatz der Geräte und löst Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme.
 * Du erstellst Systemdokumentationen und führst Schulungen für die Benutzer durch.

 * Die theoretische Ausbildung findet im TGBBZ Saarbrücken statt.
 * Die praktische Ausbildung erfolgt in der EDV-Abteilung des Klinikums Saarbrücken.
