## Description

* Planung des Bedarfs sowie Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der Hardware- und Softwareausstattung
 * Verwaltung und Pflege der IP-Adressen sowie der IP-Datenbank (BAM)
 * Technische Betreuung peripherer Infrastruktur (Medientechnik, Kopierer, Drucker, Beamer, Telefonie)
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Lehrveranstaltungen und sonstigen Veranstaltungen des Instituts
 * IT-Support und Beratung von Benutzer*innen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen (DSGVO) sowie der IT-Security-Vorgaben der Universität
 * Schnittstelle zum Zentralen Informatikdienst
 * Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
