Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with large, dynamic data sets and advanced functions.
 * Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Collaborative team mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience in commercial real estate, structured finance, loan servicing systems, or accounting systems is preferred

Education and Experience:

 * 2-3 years of experience working with financial or structured data.
 * 2-3 years of experience with SQL/database structures.
 * Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

## Description

* Design, map, and implement data integration processes using RealINSIGHT tools and client specifications.
 * Perform data transformations and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 * Manipulate and analyze complex datasets using Excel and SQL.
 * Organize and transform data into clear, comprehensible formats.
 * Maintain and monitor data quality across client implementations.
 * Automate data transfer processes where applicable.
 * Communicate effectively with clients to meet deliverable timelines and resolve data-related issues.
 * Collaborate with internal teams on the design and testing of new data loading and mapping features.
