## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Architektur oder technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Uni/FH)
 * Mindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
 * Solides Fachwissen in den Bereichen Projektmanagement/Projektsteuerung von Bauprojekten in allen Handlungsbereichen des Leistungsbildes der AHO Schriftenreihe 9
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der HOAI sowie der Projektablaufplanung
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von BIM-Projekten, idealerweise im BIM-Management
 * Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
 * Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
 * Verhandlungs- und diplomatisches Geschick in der Betreuung unserer Auftraggeber
 * Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Idealerweise weitere Eignungsnachweise (z.B. DVP-, Prince2-, PMI- oder GPM-Zertifizierungen, BIM-Zertifizierungen)

* Verantwortliches Projektmanagement und Projektsteuerung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten als Projektleiter oder stv. Projektleiter
 * Bearbeitung aller Projektstufen und Handlungsbereiche der AHO Schriftenreihe 9 oder vergleichbarer Leistungsbilder
 * Wirtschaftliche und fachliche Koordination der Projekte
 * Fachliche Führung des Projektteams
 * Steuerung der Projektbeteiligten
 * Kompetente Betreuung unserer Auftraggeber
