## Description

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

 * Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
 * Planung, Einrichtung und Betrieb von Windows-Server-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365, VMware, Veeam und weiteren Systemhaus-Lösungen
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Netzwerken, Firewalls, VPNs, WLAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP und Routing
 * Analyse und Lösung komplexerer technischer Störungen im Server-, Netzwerk-, Client- und Cloud-Umfeld
 * Technische Eskalation und Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Kundenanfragen
 * Umsetzung von Migrations-, Modernisierungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Entwicklung und Betreuung von Backup-, Sicherheits- und Monitoring-Konzepten
 * Dokumentation von Kundenumgebungen, Standards und technischen Lösungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung unserer Managed-Services-Prozesse
