As the nation enters a new era of warfare, the Warfare Systems group will be responsible for enabling and accelerating the tactical capability that is delivered to the warfighter. The selected candidate will serve as the principal technical lead for developing and integrating next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) and Soft Kill capabilities for U.S. Navy programs of record, with particular focus on supporting Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and associated surface warfare systems. This role requires a seasoned defense professional with direct experience supporting Navy operational units or acquisition offices, and a deep understanding of the EW kill chain, sensor-to-shooter integration, and countermeasure design. The EW Systems Architect will shape tactical system design from concept through deployment and oversee the technical execution of major subcontracts.
