* Expérience confirmée sur un rôle support / infrastructure avec dimension coordination ou management.
 * Bonne maîtrise des environnements poste de travail et des fondamentaux infrastructure (réseau, systèmes, sauvegarde, sécurité - selon contexte).
 * Sens du service, rigueur, capacité à prioriser et à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à la DSI, vous pilotez l'activité support et contribuez au bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure informatique :

 * Encadrer et organiser l'équipe support (priorisation, suivi des tickets, qualité de service, communication utilisateurs).
 * Garantir la continuité de service et le respect des engagements (SLA), analyser les incidents récurrents et mettre en place des actions correctives.
 * Superviser l'exploitation des environnements poste de travail, réseaux et serveurs (selon périmètre).
 * Participer aux projets d'évolution (déploiements, standardisation, sécurité, outils ITSM).
 * Assurer la gestion des prestataires/infogérants si applicable et le suivi budgétaire de votre périmètre.
