## About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Modeler with strong experience designing enterprise data models within the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will bring recent hands-on MongoDB experience, deep knowledge of mortgage data, and the ability to lead data modeling initiatives while partnering with business and technology stakeholders., * 8 10 years of experience in data modeling and database design

 * Recent hands-on experience with MongoDB in current or recent roles
 * Strong SQL and database performance optimization experience
 * Recent mortgage domain experience is required
 * Experience supporting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, or similar mortgage organizations is highly preferred
 * Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and enterprise data governance
 * Proven ability to think independently, solve complex problems, and lead technical discussions
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, + McLean, VA

## Description

* Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
 * Design and maintain data models within MongoDB and enterprise database environments
 * Support data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture initiatives
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
 * Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote data modeling best practices
