## About the Role

* Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
 * Experience with Microsoft Office
 * Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

## Description

The ideal individual for this job will be a strong communicator with an acute desire to learn new concepts, tools, and management processes. This position will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX, PRISM, and a host of other systems within the existing Raytheon earned value management tool suite. This role requires regular face-to-face interaction with our Control Account Managers (CAMs), Product Team (IPT) Leads, program and finance leadership and the government customer.

This position is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do

 * Support regular estimates at complete (EAC)
 * Lead financial EV cadence on a monthly basis
 * Preparation of data package of program financial status to the customer
 * Conduct variance analysis for manpower and material spending including writing/reviewing variance narratives in an earned value environment
 * Monitoring the funding, invoicing and cash collection for contracts
 * Raise the performance levels of those they work with by leveraging their previous experiences to complete challenging and complex assignments in a collaborative team environment
