Summary Cape Cod Academy seeks a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology and the education environment to work 35 hours per week. The IT Coordinator will manage the information technology needs of the school in concert with a remote outsourced IT provider. Responsible for supporting the IT needs of the faculty and staff across Cape Cod Academy. Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Provide day to day management of IT including data network and backup systems, internet, firewall, and security issues, databases, servers, computers, printers, projectors, telephone systems (with training) and miscellaneous hardware. * Provides assistance to the communications department and database coordinator including the technical side of the school's web content platform. * Provide support and/or training for software systems including google classroom, school dude, etc. for all users. * Assist Business Manager with vendor relations, procurement, installation, and implementation of information systems, both hardware and software. * Assist the Director of Finance with the negotiation and renewal of contracts in a timely manner for internet, website, network consultants, etc. * Ensure the coordination, security and efficiency of network infrastructure.
