We are hiring for 4 week courses and 8 weeks courses. This role will work up to 12 hours in one week. Department Contact for Recruitment Inquiries, Key AccountabilitiesWorks closely with course faculty and program staff to develop and evaluate assignments and associated homework. 20%Conducts and facilitates group discussions by encouraging critical analysis and evidence-based dialogue. 5%Provides students assistance through tutoring and coaching. 10%Assists course faculty with evaluating students' work (e.g., offering feedback and assigning grades), including individual and group assignments, examinations, participation, and attendance. 40%Attends course sessions and assists instructor in class management (e.g., dividing class into appropriate groupings, facilitating discussions among students, answering students' questions, etc.). 15%May co-teach some sessions as appropriate. 5%Supports class and classroom logistics. 5%-- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others. -- Performs other duties as assigned.
