 * Manage and support user accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, and other applications.

 * Design, maintain and support onboarding/offboarding efforts for new hires and new hire orientations.

 * Wrote, reviewed, and edited technical KB Articles in Confluence to ensure clarity and consistency across documentation.

 * Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

 * Provided application and hardware support to all users across multiple locations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and user satisfaction.
