 * Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe in den Fachabteilungen (u.a. Lektorat, Vertrieb, Buchhaltung) und Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen\n\t
 * Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung abteilungsübergreifender Digitalisierungsprojekte\n\t
 * Evaluierung und Einführung von KI-gestützten Tools und Anwendungen zur Effizienzsteigerung in Verlags-, Redaktions- und Verwaltungsprozessen\n\t
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Geschäftsführung, Abteilungsleitungen und IT in allen Fragen rund um Prozesse und Digitalisierung\n\t
 * Begleitung und Schulung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit neuen digitalen Werkzeugen im Rahmen des Change-Managements\n\t
 * Monitoring von Technologietrends (u.a. KI, Automatisierung) sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung\n
