Good reasons for LAPP * Variety of tasks and responsibilities & plenty of scope for ideas * Value-based family business * Global player with flat hierarchies * Flexible working hours models & hybrid work ## Description We are looking for a Cloud Strategy Architect to lead the development and implementation of our cloud strategy, ensuring architectural oversight, security, scalability, and integration across IT systems while driving innovation, compliance, and collaboration to support business growth and digital transformation., * Develop and maintain our Cloud Strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy and business objectives. * Ensure end-to-end architectural oversight across the entire IT infrastructure & platforms, integrating cloud and on-premises systems into a cohesive, secure, and scalable enterprise landscape. * Act as a thought leader and advisor for cloud adoption across the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. * Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that enable business growth and digital transformation. * Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of cloud solutions across the IT landscape. * Understanding of enterprise AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms and their integration into business solutions. * Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, AI governance and responsible AI practices is considered an advantage. * Understanding of cloud financial management, cost optimization methodologies and FinOps principles. * Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices. * Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and trends to recommend strategic enhancements to LAPP's cloud landscape. * Lead cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise systems to cloud platforms. * Partner with stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into cloud-based solutions. * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards in all cloud implementations. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams during cloud-related projects.
