 * Tiefes Verständnis von Multicore-Mikrocontrollern (idealerweise Infineon AURIX), BSW-Architekturen (AUTOSAR Classic und Non-AUTOSAR) sowie Echtzeitbetriebssystemen
 * Gutes Verständnis FPGA-basierter Designs und der HW/SW-Partitionierung wünschenswert
 * Sichere Kenntnisse der ISO 26262 und von Automotive SPICE; Grundkenntnisse der ISO/SAE 21434
 * Erfahrung mit ALM-Werkzeugen (z. B. Siemens Polarion), Git und CI/CD-Umgebungen
 * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Koordinationskompetenz, sichere Kommunikation und Präsentation bis auf Geschäftsleitungsebene
 * Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Entwicklungsdokumentation auf Englisch), sehr gutes Deutsch

## Description

* Definition und Weiterentwicklung der BSW-Gesamtarchitektur (Schichtenmodell, Module, Schnittstellen, OS/Scheduling, Multicore-Konzept) für den AURIX TC397 inkl. der HW/SW-Partitionierung zum ECP3-FPGA
 * Technologie- und Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen: eigener BSW-Stack vs. AUTOSAR- Module, Compiler- und Toolchain-Strategie, Debug- und Testinfrastruktur
 * Fachliche Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des BSW-Teams (Embedded Software, FPGA, Cybersecurity, Validierung) inkl. Planung und Steuerung der Arbeitspakete
 * Abstimmung der Architektur mit Functional Safety (ISO 26262, Freedom from Interference, ASIL-Dekomposition) und Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)
 * Review von Anforderungen, Architektur und Code sowie Definition verbindlicher Entwicklungsrichtlinien (Coding Guidelines, MISRA, Definition of Done)
 * Technische Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern in allen Fragen der Basissoftware
 * Aufwandsschätzung, Release-Planung und Fortschrittsreporting an Projektleitung und Geschäftsleitung
 * Mitwirkung bei Recruiting und Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder sowie am weiteren Ausbau des Teams
