## Description

* Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Prozesse
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren IT-Systembetriebs inklusive Monitoring und Störungsmanagement
 * Administration der Windows Server-Umgebung sowie der VMware-vSphere/ESXi-Virtualisierungsplattform
 * Verwaltung von Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
 * Administration und Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Cisco Switches, Firewalls, WLAN und VPN)
 * Sicherstellung der Datensicherung mit Veeam sowie Administration der NetApp-Storage-Infrastruktur
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Infrastruktur- und Migrationsprojekten
 * Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Performanceoptimierung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
