## Description

* Administration der Telefonanlage sowie Betreuung und Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte
 * Eigenständige Analyse und Lösung von Problemen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Verantwortliche Durchführung der Softwareverteilung
 * Installation und Wartung von IT-Geräten
 * Organisation und Verwaltung des IT-Lagers inklusive Beschaffung und Bewirtschaftung von Hardware
 * Überwachung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur einschließlich der Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Backups
 * Mitwirkung bei kleineren IT-Projekten und Rollouts
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren IT-Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
