* Windows server & Small Business Server MS Exchange server
 * Networks and Cloud managed firewalls
 * Antivirus - BitDefender/Trend AV/Avast/AVG Cloudcare, Trend, Symantec Remote Access Utilities Logmein.com, Teamviewer, MS Remote Desktop
 * Precepts own in house systems based onLinux, DRBD, Opensense. TakeControl, think Backup, think MailGuard, thinkSMS, webhosting (ispconfig)
 * Desirable technology experience Cisco and major firewall experience

 * VMware and equivalent
 * Linux experience
 * Hardware maintenance
 * Web development using Wordpress or Wix

Preferred (but not required) experience, Ability to commute/relocate: Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: Diploma of Higher Education (required)

Experience: IT support: 5 years (required)

## Description

* This is the priority to ensure all support tickets are closed as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer within the SLA
 * On site call outs only where absolutely required and approved (by Line Manager & customer)
 * Proactive preventative maintenance on customer networks
 * Identify opportunities with existing customers for additional services/equipment/consultancy
 * Promote the Precept brand as much as possible
 * Online (social media/email) marketing/telesales generate sales leads Attend pre sales meetings Attend customer review meetings
 * Become a subject matter expert on Precept services Keep abreast of new technology/solutions/methods and make suggestions to improve Precepts approach
