## About the Role

* Fluency in Linux administration is a must
 * Experience in Debian/Ubuntu preferred
 * A demonstrated ability to work tasks to completion and tolerate frequent context switches
 * Experience scripting in bash and python is preferred, SQL and Perl a plus
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity tools including 2FA, iptable rulesets, Malwarebytes, fail2ban, etc.
 * Ability to move and install equipment weighing up to 50lbs
 * Preference to apply a breadth of experience towards varied responsibilities in a small-shop environment
 * Comfortable with hands-on work, racking and stacking in data centres is commonplace

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on professional for our growing systems administration team.

Systems Administrators are responsible for the workstations and servers of our rapidly expanding trading operations.

In addition to all systems work both on the desktops and in the data centres, Systems Administrators frequently interact with users at various levels all across our organisation., * Installations of workstations on our trading floors and in offices

 * Installations of servers and networking appliances in data centres, sometimes requiring travel
