 * Experience delivering large-scale system migrations

## Description

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Project Software Engineer to join a UK Renewable Energy Business working with wind & solar technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the definition, tendering & delivery of a strategic upgrade to their SCADA system. This is a technical leadership role focused on specification writing, vendor management & project oversight rather than hands-on development, acting as the client's technical lead throughout the project lifecycle., * Defining requirements & developing detailed technical specifications

 * Managing the tendering process & supporting vendor selection
 * Overseeing project delivery to ensure scope, quality & timelines are met
 * Establishing & enforcing standards for HMI, control systems & alarm management
 * Coordinating stakeholders across internal teams & external contractors
 * Other duties as required
