## Description

The Senior UI Designer will be an integral part of a forward-thinking product team, collaborating with experienced designers, researchers, and product managers. They will take ownership of developing and maintaining an enterprise-level design system, ensuring consistency and usability across a suite of data-rich, professional tools., * Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system, including tokens and reusable components.

 * Set best practices in Figma, with organised files, auto-layout mastery, and handoff-ready specs for engineering teams.
 * Produce high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to support user testing and stakeholder communication.
 * Ensure technical fluency by designing with an awareness of modern frameworks (e.g., JS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
 * Deliver visually compelling, functional interfaces that reflect and elevate the company's brand identity.
