The role serves as a liaison between the technical team, suppliers, and business stakeholders who require new badges or changes to badge profiles.This position also works on service tickets submitted to the Security Technology queues across all supported product lines., * Fulfill requests for standard and special-case badges. * Serve as a resource to project managers for badge-related needs. * Replace lost or damaged badges. * Coordinate repair, maintenance, and service for badge printers. * Remove access for terminated employees as required. * Generate, review, and act upon daily operational reports. * Manage shipping and receiving of badge orders and related supplies through the procurement system. * Monitor service queues and respond to assigned tickets in a timely manner. * Assists with service vendor PO's and invoices if needed * Anticipate and respond to customer needs with a high level of service. * Assist with ordering and tracking badge supplies. * Conduct system audits and provide audit reports when required. * Escalate concerns or delays proactively to avoid business impact. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across all systems. * Use customer and team feedback to drive continuous improvement. * Review, maintain, and update training documentation for badging processes. * Provide basic Lenel troubleshooting and programming support. * Perform other duties as assigned.
