 * Exposure to large-scale deployments supporting 100+ developers or multiple product teams
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, with a focus on performance and cost optimisation

As a Platform Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and cloud infrastructure-enabling engineering teams to ship high-quality software faster and more reliably., * Build and evolve self-service tooling, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud environments (Azure)

 * Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible, alongside GitOps workflows
 * Create "golden paths" and "paved roads" to reduce cognitive load and improve developer experience
 * Monitor, optimise, and ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the platform
 * Collaborate with SRE, Security, and application teams to define standards and best practices
 * Automate repetitive tasks and reduce toil through tooling, documentation, and runbooks
 * Drive adoption of modern platform practices such as observability, progressive delivery, and chaos engineering
