 * Active Directory & Entra ID: Tiefe Kenntnisse in On-Prem Active Directory (Härtung, Tiering) und Microsoft Entra ID inkl. hybrider Szenarien (Conditional Access, PIM).
 * Infrastruktur & Netzwerk: Verständnis für On-Prem-Infrastruktur- und Netzwerksicherheit (Segmentierung, sichere Zugriffe).
 * Arbeitsweise & Wirkung: Fähigkeit, Standards zu setzen, teamübergreifend zu beraten und Kolleg:innen fachlich weiterzuentwickeln; strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

## Description

Als IT Security Architekt (gn) - IAM & OnPrem verantwortest du das Sicherheits-Zielbild und die Standards für Identitäten und die On-Premises-Infrastruktur. Du entwirfst Referenzarchitekturen für Identity & Access Management, On-Prem Active Directory (inkl. hybrider Anbindung an Entra ID) sowie die zugehörige On-Prem-Infrastruktur und berätst die umsetzenden Teams. Die operative Umsetzung liegt bei den Fachteams; dein Beitrag ist Design, Standardsetzung und fachliche Beratung.
