* Ganzheitliche Administration der hybriden Microsoft 365 Infrastruktur inkl. Exchange/Outlook
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs von Active Directory und Microsoft EntraID
 * Übernahme von Service- und Betriebsverantwortung für die betreuten Systeme
 * 2nd-Level Support via Ticketsystem für die verantworteten Services
 * Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Härtung der angebotenen Services sowie Einführung neuer Lösungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Konzepten und Dokumentationen
 * Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft (wöchentlich abwechselnd im Team) zur Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs, * Altersvorsorge
