 * Erfahrung in der Angebotskalkulation, Vertragsgestaltung und Verhandlung nationaler sowie internationaler Projekte
 * Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systemlösungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Steuerung, Planung und Überwachung von IPS-Projekten im Bereich MSBS 85000 gemäß IPMA-Standards
 * Führung des IPS-Projektmanagementteams sowie Koordination und Umsetzung von Arbeitspaketen mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen
 * Sicherstellung der Projektkommunikation einschließlich Reporting an Leitungsgremien, Kund:innen und weitere Stakeholder
 * Analyse von Verträgen, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Erstellung von Angeboten und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Partnern und Lieferant:innen
 * Eigenverantwortliches Chancen- und Risikomanagement inkl. Entwicklung von Lösungsmaßnahmen und Nachverfolgung ihrer Umsetzung
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung interner Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung, z.B. durch die Durchführung von Lessons-Learned-Workshops
