## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, At Modelit, we seek a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and hands-on experience configuring and maintaining the platform. This role requires excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and a proactive approach to problem-solving., * 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

 * Experience working with Flows (building, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation).
 * Proven ability to design and implement best practice Salesforce solutions that scale and follow governance standards.
 * Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Agentforce, or similar solutions in day-to-day work.
 * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a logical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
 * Eagerness to learn and adopt new Salesforce features and products.
 * Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
 * Salesforce Certified Administrator., * Experience working with Data 360.
 * Experience working with Marketing Cloud.
 * Experience with Case Management in Salesforce.
 * Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in iterative delivery cycles.
 * Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams across different time zones.
 * Basic understanding or experience with Apex (able to collaborate with developers and support declarative/programmatic solutions).
 * Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Data Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist, are highly valued.

## Description

* Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions, including designing, implementing, and enhancing new and existing features across core Salesforce products, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud.
 * Manage user access and security, configure Salesforce settings (flows, processes, layouts, etc.), and oversee sandbox environments.
 * Handle data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality.
 * Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and update tasks.
 * Stay updated with Salesforce releases
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards.
