## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live with scope, timeline, and quality governance * Capture and analyze business requirements, refine solutions, and promote SAP standardization * Own and manage AMS service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction * Serve as the functional lead and escalation point for complex Payroll, PA, and TM issues * Prepare functional specifications, support testing, and coordinate deployments and post-go-live support * Build relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor on SAP HCM processes and solutions Responsabilidades * 8-10+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll, PA, and TM expertise * Experience in international and multi-country payroll environments * End-to-end SAP HCM project delivery experience * AMS management experience including SLA/KPI monitoring and governance * Knowledge of Payroll processing schemas/PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal
