## About the Role

* ~3+ years' experience in platform, cloud, or data platform engineering.
 * Mandatory: Strong Terraform experience with a relevant HashiCorp Terraform certification (e.g., HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate) or equivalent demonstrable expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) delivery within cloud environments.
 * Hands-on experience with key Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Data Lake, Power BI/Fabric).
 * Experience working with Snowflake or other relational cloud data platforms.
 * Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
 * Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.
 * Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation tasks.

## Description

* Support the design, build and maintenance of core Azure and Snowflake data platform components.
 * Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, enabling repeatable and automated deployments.
 * Build and run CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
 * Contribute to platform monitoring, including logging, metrics and alerting through observability tooling.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate where appropriate.
 * Collaborate with engineers, architects and data teams to provision secure and performant environments.
 * Contribute to documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.
 * Support continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to automation, performance and reliability.
