* Strong commercial React Native and Expo experience
 * Experience of data heavy apps and the challenges of how make it user freindly
 * Taken iOS and Android mobile apps through the complete development lifecycle
 * Released production apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
 * Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
 * AI augmentation experience, with the knowledge to ensure quality code
 * The engineering judgement to assess a prototype and shape a production-ready application
 * The confidence to lead mobile technically while remaining a hands-on, collaborative member of the engineering team

Useful extras:

 * Wider JavaScript experience would be useful too eg Vue, Nuxt, Node, etc
 * Native Swift or Kotlin should React Native not offer enough
 * Wider interest in software engineering outside of mobile
