 * Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Braze, Rudderstack or Adswizz

## Description

* Building predictive models to improve audience engagement, retention, forecasting, and commercial performance
 * Designing and embedding experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference approaches
 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data science can deliver measurable business value
 * Championing practical, scalable solutions using a blend of custom, open-source, and off-the-shelf technologies
 * Supporting the deployment and operationalisation of models alongside engineering teams
 * Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
 * Promoting high-quality coding standards, documentation, peer review, and best practices
 * Evaluating emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to help evolve our data science capabilities
