This is a role where your expertise directly impacts national infrastructure and meets urgent UK energy needs. ## Description Change Manager Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.This role will be within theCWA Wide Section. What will you do? This role is to provide leadership to the project controlsacrossthe CWA to ensure the effective delivery of the entire Civils Programme of SZC while recognising and influencing the programme's impactson themore comprehensiveProject. TheChangeManager'srole is toimplementthe strategy, managing, and maintainingchangewithin the agreed constraintson one or more Sections of the project, includingchangeforprogramme,design,time and cost. This post will ensure that control is in accordance with all safety, quality, time, and cost parameters to meet the project's needsfor change, ensure it is implemented and track the changes within the project. The role focuses on the management ofconstruction basedchange, including design, technical, scope,time and cost changes in line with NEC4 and the APM aligned change framework. TheChange Managerreportsdirectly into the Head of Project Controls, as part of the CWA wide PMO.
