You bring a consultative, trusted-advisor mindset, thrive amid the ambiguity and pace of a growing startup, and take genuine satisfaction in seeing a customer succeed as a result of your technical guidance. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to support and expand our automotive, off-highway, and engine customer base across the European market, including the UK. This customer-facing technical role is responsible for helping customers evaluate, adopt, and realise value from Secondmind's AI-driven Design Space Exploration and Calibration solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, ML Engineers, and Product teams, you will deliver compelling demonstrations of the Secondmind SaaS AI platform, lead technical evaluations, provide customer training and frontline technical support, and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for both existing and prospective customers. Leveraging your experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, or powertrain engineering, you will help customers understand how Secondmind's AI technology accelerates engineering workflows, improves calibration, and enables more efficient design space exploration.
