## About the Role

You'll ideally have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong commercial Python/Django experience and a track record of owning production systems.

We're particularly interested in engineers who enjoy startup environments, want genuine technical ownership and are excited about building at the cutting edge of AI rather than simply integrating an LLM API.

## Description

This is a genuinely hands-on position where you'll have significant ownership of the technology, building the backend infrastructure that powers an AI-native product, including APIs, agent orchestration, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and background processing.
