## Description

* Supporting data migration and transformation activities for a Workday HCM implementation
 * Designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes
 * Extracting, cleansing, transforming and loading data into Workday
 * Working closely with business, HR and technology stakeholders to resolve data quality challenges
 * Supporting data validation, reconciliation and testing activities
 * Collaborating with implementation partners and programme teams to meet delivery milestones
 * Helping establish robust migration and governance processes
