## About the Role

* Excellent project running skills across a range of project stages, including experience managing a team, communicating directly with the client and consultants.
 * Minimum 2 years' experience post qualification for Architects.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisation and ability to use initiative.
 * Experience of housing design and delivery in the UK.
 * Housing design and delivery, and knowledge of the London Plan Housing Design Standards.
 * Examples of excellent design work, evident through portfolio work, model making, sketches and drawings; please include these in a Portfolio PDF, alongside relevant examples of your work such as technical drawings and visualisations.
 * Experience of 3D drawing software, including Revit and SketchUp.
 * An understanding of, and commitment to, sustainable design.
 * Technical and construction detailing skills., * Excellent organisational skills demonstrating proactive planning and progress tracking.
 * Examples of experience leading a project across all stages of design and delivery.
 * Minimum of 4 years' experience post qualification.
