## About the Role

* Full UK driving licence
 * Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
 * Professional and presentable at all times
 * Self-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to work independently
 * Able to obtain required Government and/or Police security clearance (unrestricted)
 * Relevant technical certifications (or ability to obtain them)
 * Minimum CompTIA A+ qualification or equivalent experience
 * Familiarity with operating system admin tools, application support, and telephony
 * Able to work at height and perform manual handling tasks
 * Demonstrates positive behaviours that support teamwork and productivity

## Description

To attend various sites across Wales to provide IT support for hardware and software, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)., * Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals) across multiple sites. May also include basic support for servers, AV, telephony, and network infrastructure.

 * Resolve operating system and application-related incidents in line with defined procedures.
 * Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) work to required specifications.
 * Maintain regular communication with relevant internal teams and site contacts throughout the working day.
 * Handle part replacements (including RMA generation and physical movement) efficiently and accurately.
 * Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) set for your role.
 * Adhere to local site-specific fire, security, and health and safety regulations.
 * Ensure all incidents are logged, updated, and closed on the IT service management ITSM tool within SLA.
 * Keep up to date with new technologies and maintain relevant knowledge and skills.
 * Participate in 24/7 rota cover where applicable.
 * Work occasional overtime when required.
 * Support team productivity by mentoring other engineers where appropriate.
 * Maintain company equipment in good working condition.
 * Be familiar with applicable site policies and procedures.
 * Produce or update technical documentation when required.
 * Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.
