Its purpose is not to produce training for its own sake. It is to make sure that when the business changes a process, launches a platform or publishes a new way of working, the people who have to do the work actually change what they do. The capability currently rests on a single designer. The demand in front of it includes mandatory foundational course rollouts across Professional Services, a delivery model change, platform launches and a new services knowledge site. We are seeking an Enablement and Adoption Specialist to carry the production and operations half of that work so that design capacity is spent on design. The design, pedagogy and change approach sit with the Change Manager. This role takes approved designs and turns them into finished, published, measurable enablement: assets built, audiences enrolled, completion tracked, logistics run, and honest reporting on whether adoption actually happened. * Build finished learning assets from approved designs, including e-learning modules, knowledge checks, job aids, quick reference guides, and short video and screen capture content * Administer the learning platform end to end: course publication, audience and assignment rules, enrolments, reminders, completion records and reporting * Operate and maintain the delivery path for populations without standard platform access, including external and contingent workers * Track completion and adoption against defined targets, and produce reporting that shows whether behaviour changed, not only whether a course was taken * Run the logistics of enablement activity: scheduling, invitations, reminders, attendance tracking, and escalation of gaps to the sponsoring leader * Support change adoption activity for process and platform rollouts, including delivery model changes, platform launches and newly published operating procedures * Maintain the enablement content library with clear ownership, version control and a visible last-reviewed date on every published asset * Draft learner-facing messaging for review and approval; final publication routes through the established communications channel * Collect and summarize learner feedback and completion data into a short, regular read for the Change Manager * Maintain an accurate view of what is in production, what is waiting on approval, and who the approval is waiting on ## Related Videos - [Let's get visual - Visual testing in your project](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/303-let-s-get-visual-visual-testing-in-your-project) - [Fake or News: Translating Dog Barks, Notepad Gets an Upgrade and Michelin-Star Robots - Paul Tregoing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1802-fake-or-news-translating-dog-barks-notepad-gets-an-upgrade-and-michelin-star-robots-paul-tregoing) - [From Classroom to Company: How Learning Culture Takes Shape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2002-from-classroom-to-company-how-learning-culture-takes-shape) - [Let's get visual - Visual testing in your project](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/540-let-s-get-visual-visual-testing-in-your-project) - [Successful talent development: A joint journey of executives and talents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1002-successful-talent-development-a-joint-journey-of-executives-and-talents) - [How Lufthansa Industry Solutions is preparing for the Quantum Age! ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1443-how-lufthansa-industry-solutions-is-preparing-for-the-quantum-age) ## Related Articles - [How Developers Can Focus on Maintaining Satisfaction With Accessibility](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/109-how-developers-can-focus-on-maintaining-satisfaction-with-accessibility) - [Events like RSAC Get You CISOs.
