Preferred: * Familiarity with public sector or infrastructure focused environments. * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in complex situations. * Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and departments. * Solid understanding of IT security protocols and compliance standards. ## Description The Manager, Endpoint Management is responsible for directing and overseeing a specialized team charged with ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of endpoint devices-including laptops, desktops, and smartphones-throughout the Tollway Authority's enterprise. This leadership role is vital in supporting the organization's technology infrastructure, which underpins critical transportation operations and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include the administration of enterprise-level tools such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune, as well as strategic oversight of patch management, vulnerability remediation, operating system deployment, and application distribution.
