## Description

The Workday HR Technology role translates HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions. This role configures and enhances Workday capabilities, develops reporting and analytics solutions, and improves HR processes through automation and emerging technology.
You'll work across HR and the business to deliver effective Workday solutions, simplify processes, and improve how work gets done.

Accountabilities:

 * Configure and enhance Workday solutions based on HR and business needs.
 * Develop scalable Workday reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
 * Partner with stakeholders to solve complex system, process, and data challenges.
 * Improve HR processes through simplification, automation, and better use of Workday capabilities.
 * Evaluate emerging technology, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve how HR operates.
