## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support to end users and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing remote assistance, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with our customers., Act as the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and support requests
