 * Strong experience working in multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional permitting environments.
 * Familiarity with zoning and permitting regulations

## Description

* Review, prepare, submit, and administer permitting applications, including utility pole attachments and work within state and local rights-of-way.
 * Request, track, and record payment of permit fees internally and with vendor partners.
 * Track and report high-volume permit statuses on a daily or weekly basis.
 * Enter and maintain accurate permitting data in company systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
 * Monitor progress of pole attachment and municipal permit applications and coordinate responses to jurisdictional requests for additional information.
 * Collaborate with vendor design teams to facilitate permit drawings and construction documents for nodes, power, and outside plant construction.
 * Provide timely system updates and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Communicate permit progress, risks, and delays throughout the full permit lifecycle.
